Ryan Christensen
Ryan Christensen began working for FS Real Estate in 2015. Prior to joining FS Real Estate, he worked in Corporate Finance for more than 10 years where he gained expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, and project management. Ryan graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Management and a minor in Management Information Systems. Ryan continued his education by obtaining an MBA from DePaul University with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Ryan is experienced in the management, leasing, and acquisition of property. Additionally, he has overseen development projects and has been through the entitlement process as it relates to these developments. Outside of traditional operational real estate activities, he is responsible for the financing and alternative investments for FS Real Estate.
Ryan lives in Clarendon Hills, IL with his wife Jessica and four children.
Gabby Palumbo
Gabby is a Chicago native and has grown up in the family business alongside her parents and five sisters (hint: FS stands for five sisters!). Gabby graduated from Michigan State University in 2018 and earned a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations. She started her career in the sports & entertainment industry where she managed and planned large scale events on behalf of Chase Sapphire.
Gabby officially joined the family business mid-2020 and has been a key player in the property management of our 30+ properties. She handles all day-to-day tasks with our 100+ tenants, leasing activity, building & construction management, and more. She has used her background in the advertising industry to lead our re-brand of Five Sisters Real Estate, LLC.
Becky Bermes
Becky Bermes is a Loras College graduate and a lifetime resident in the Chicagoland area. She has over 20 years of experience in cash management, and brings those timely, detailed qualities to FS Real Estate, LLC. She has been with the company for over 20 years. During her free time, she enjoys traveling to Door County, WI with her two sons.
Sebastian Lorenzo
Sebastian Lorenzo has been with FS Real Estate, LLC for over 5 years. Previously, he served on the Melrose Park Police Force for 25+ years. Sebastian is our maintenance manager and is responsible for maintaining all our properties year-round. If something is wrong with your space, he is the guy to call! Sebastian enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and his two French Bulldogs – Zero and Dexter.
